TERMS OF SALE: The successful bidder, other than the Plaintiff,
will deposit with the Special Referee, at conclusion of the bidding,

Carpenter, I, the Special Referee for Darlington County, will sell
on Tuesday, July 15, 2008, at 12:30 o’clock p.m., at the Darlington

All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, together with the
buildings and improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in
Burnt Branch School District, in Darlington County, State of South
Carolina, and being more particularly designated as Lot Fourteen
(14) in the Sunny Acres Subdivision as the same is shown on plat
