2008 Stump will be held at Pee Dee Farms, the community's century-old
general store. Galivants Ferry, which is on the National registry of
Historic Districts, is located on Highway 501 where it crosses the Little

of bluegrass music and clogging starting at 4:30 p.m. The actual "speaking"

He is a 1975 graduate of Morris College with a BS in Business Administration
with a minor in Accounting, and in 1978 completed a course requirement
for his Masters at Howard University in Student Personnel Administration.
He has served for eleven years as Deacon.
